The property was in a great location. The property could have definitely been a little cleaner before our check in. Parking was very small but most places in the area were as well

So close to the beach and everything on the south end. We rented a golf cart to get around. Your place was clean, steps from the beach, comfy beds and overall relaxing and felt like home!
My only adds to make the stay even better for your next guests would be:
*A few K cups/individual creamers on hand for a morning coffee, although we did find the Surfing Goat was a quick walk, coffee on hand would have been great!
*Beach towels ( We flew, so not having to pack them would have been great!)
*A few mesh beach chairs stowed in the closet

The condo is close to the beach and walking distance of restaurants and shops. It has comfortable beds and plenty of room for a family of four. The street itself congested and narrow with awkward parking. Bottom unit with thin walls, so plenty of noise from upstairs and adjoining neighbors. Very few amenities in the kitchen and no storage for beach equipment. Overall clean condo that is well maintained with location and price outweighing any negatives. We enjoyed our stay.
