About this house rental

Modern beach house walking distance to number 16 beach and cafe. Sleeps 9 inclusive of two spacious living areas with large kitchen, modern appliances and 2.5 bathrooms. Large front and back yards and garden very private, quiet and secure.

Modern appliances, induction cooktop, 90cm oven, Weber family Q BBQ, two large bathrooms plus powder room, multiple TV’s, high speed internet connection. Stone bench tops in massive kitchen, walk in pantry and more.

Two separate lounge areas, out door pergola setting with BBQ, plus rear and side decks with sun lounge chairs and ceiling fan to sip a cold drink and view sunset. Very quiet street. Central heating, air conditioning and open fire place and outdoor fire pit. Four bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, large front and rear yard part shaded by local moonah trees with landscaped garden. Lots of space for kids to play and for adults to spend the day relaxing.

Automatic sliding gate with 2.25 meter fence secures whole property. Trampoline, soccer goals and cricket stumps for kids. 3 min drive to front beach, 2 min from back beach for a surf. 5 mins to natural springs and golf courses.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. Lovely enclosed yard for the kids to play, plus plenty of space inside too with the extra living area. Nick was always available if we had any questions and was so responsive. Will definitely book again!
