Beautiful 3 bedroom/3 bath 2200 SF townhome on the Rio Grande golf course overlooking hole number 3. Incredible views of San Juan Mountains and Rio Grande Club Fishing Lodge. Entertainment style floor plan with fully equipped kitchen. Wolf Creek ski area, hiking trails, fishing, rafting, ATV trails are just minutes away. Snowshoe or cross country ski out the back door. Walk to Rio Grande Gold Medal waters for fly fishing or to Rio Grande Golf Course for a round of golf. Perfect mountain getaway.
