Open floor plan, spacious home located on Champlain Bikeway. Beautiful country setting but just 12 miles from Burlington and 25 miles from Middlebury. Surrounded by 100+ acres of conserved land. Easy access to hiking, biking and Lake Champlain. Enjoy the spacious kitchen; opens to living/dining room. Three large bedrooms incl. en-suite with private deck. Dine on the back deck overlooking the rolling hills. Covered front porch for summer relaxing. The stars at night are amazing.
Our home is very convenient to UVM and UVM Medical Center. Just a few miles from Mt. Philo State Park. Close to popular area wedding venues including Shelburne Farms, Shelburne Museum, and Philo Ridge Farm.
The home is two stories. Lower level includes two large bedrooms, full bath and large family room. Opens in the back to covered patio and the hot tub under the stars. Primary en-suite is on the main floor, great if you want to avoid the stairs. All bedrooms have blinds and blackout curtains for those lazy mornings.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Its location made our travel to Burlington, Shelburne and downtown Charlotte so very easy. And while at the home, we were able to appreciate and take advantage of its gorgeous setting within the rolling hills of Vermont. The home is also extremely well appointed, so there was nothing that we needed that wasn't already at the home.
It was a pleasure and so easy communicating with Kelly, the property owner, in advance of our stay, making our preparations, arrival and departure a piece of cake.

Our stay at Kelly's home in Charlotte was outstanding! From my first inquiry regarding the property layout, through our entire stay, Kelly was always quick to reply and accommodating. The home is extremely inviting, and the layout (large great room and kitchen upstairs and family room downstairs) makes spending time together very enjoyable.
The location is perfect! Shelburne is less than 10 minutes away, Burlington is 25, and there is quick and easy access to hiking and water activities.
Thank you, Kelly, for opening up your home to us and making our trip to Vermont for a family reunion extra special!

We loved the home, it’s amenities, and location. Very easy drive to UVM campus in Burlington and close to so many other local treasures nearer to Charlotte and the surrounding towns. We were visiting to see family who attends UVM and ate our main meals in Burlington but the kitchen was very well appointed and would be great for making meals for a big family. We enjoyed a starry night in the hot tub and a rainy afternoon too! The property is so beautiful with the host having an obvious green thumb with the plants indoors and out. The morning view from the upstairs bedroom was glorious. We hope to visit again and would choose this property and host, who is wonderful with communication and tips.
