Nice hostess, decent apartment, but overpriced for what it offers.

The apartment in Kavala was okay, and the hostess was very kind. However, the price-performance ratio wasn’t quite right. Good for a short stay of a few nights.

The toilet flush kept running continuously, and I received a slight electric shock when the coffee maker overflowed.

Perfect

The hosts were so kind with us and provided us with all necessary information we needed. The studio was equipped with everything we could possibly needed. Because of their support our stay was really nice. We will definitely book again and we recommend the place!

Miss Georgia is very welcoming, apartment was clean with all you need, from hairdryer to some kitchen appliances and supplies. Private parking was a huge plus too.

Only hills around the property and distance from the centre were a minor, which we already knew before coming.

Η διαμονή μας ήταν πολύ ευχάριστη. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο, σε μια όμορφη και ήσυχη τοποθεσία, ενώ το ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ ήταν μια μεγάλη διευκόλυνση. Επίσης, όλα τα απαραίτητα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος ήταν πολύ κοντά, κάτι που έκανε τις μετακινήσεις μας εύκολες. Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν εξυπηρετική και άμεση σε κάθε βοήθεια ή ενημέρωση που χρειαστήκαμε, γεγονός που έκανε τη διαμονή μας ακόμα πιο άνετη. Συνολικά, η εμπειρία μας ήταν πολύ θετική, και θα συνιστούσα το διαμέρισμα σε όποιον αναζητά μια καθαρή, ήσυχη και καλά τοποθετημένη διαμονή, με την προϋπόθεση ότι σε ψυχρές περιόδους ίσως χρειάζεται λίγη υπομονή για τη θέρμανση.

Το μοναδικό αρνητικό που συναντήσαμε ήταν η θέρμανση. Λόγω της εποχής, το διαμέρισμα ήταν αρκετά κρύο όταν επιστρέψαμε αργά το βράδυ, και το κλιματιστικό χρειάστηκε αρκετό χρόνο για να ζεστάνει όλους τους χώρους, συμπεριλαμβανομένου του μπάνιου. Αυτό είχε ως αποτέλεσμα να περιμένουμε σχεδόν μία ώρα στο κρύο μέχρι να νιώσουμε άνετα, κάτι που ήταν λίγο αβολο.
