Clean rooms, amenities abound, great location! This place was great for our stay. I came with my wife and our four children. We come to Myrtle Beach annually to visit family and go to the beach.Be advised: since it is a privately owned condo, you don't have access to grand palms pools and arcade, so make sure you plan accordingly! The owner is very clear about this in the description!

We had a great vacation in this condo. It is in a quiet resort area, although there is no access to resort facilities. It was nice to walk in the subdivision but it was too far to walk to the beach as there is no easy way to cross the highway on foot. It was just a few minutes car ride though. The best parts were the comfortable king bed, quiet walkable environment, location near the beach, golf courses and free pickleball courts at Midway Park. This older unit was fairly clean and comfortable but there were some maintenance and cleaning issues that need attending to. Our host was responsive to our communication about these recommendations.

The townhouse is nice but I did not realize how developed Myrtle Beach has become. Too many Hi-rise condos and hotels line the beach and too many golf courses have become housing developments.
Yvette (owner) was very nice to work with and had recently
painted and redecorated. Everything was as advertised.
