Walk out of the complex and across the street with a private access to the beach and 5 private pools on the complex property. Very nice and has so many things to do and eat without even leaving the property. Wish there was a better beach access with a ramp but that didn’t have anything to do with Laketown wharf I guess

Great property, very close to the beach, great pool and property amenities (4 of the 5 pools were open while we were there). There's a kids pool literally right outside the front door and it's open 8am-10pm. The parking is also right outside the door.Our family of 4 had plenty of room, the kids liked the bunk beds. There were even beach toys, buckets, chairs. We were all set.

Pros: The condo was Amazing!!!
Cons: check in process was horrible as well as waiting for the elevators to get to and from the condo/pool area.
