This is a wonderful gulf front condo with a spacious balcony on the 9th floor at Summit Resort. From sunrise till sunset the views are truly amazing! Your balcony overlooks the beautiful white sand beaches, emerald waters, and the gorgeous pool deck with two large swimming pools, kiddie pool and and indoor and out door hot tub. The pool deck also encompasses the tiki bar where all your favorite cocktails can be purchased along with Bikini Bob's Snack Bar so you can enjoy your lunch without ever leaving poolside. As you can see in the pictures Summit Resort offers a beautiful grassy lawn area as well as the large pool deck along side the beach. You just cannot ask for more! This condo is a one bedroom with 1 & 1/2 bath , full size washer/dryer, and comfortable furnishings for your enjoyment. You will have all the comforts of home at your beach house. Eat in or dine out it's your choice in this perfect vacation spot. The condo has one king bed, 1 twin bunk bed, and a queen sleeper sofa.
Please note some activities and amenities are available March through October. The pool is open year-round and heated during cooler months.
What's new at The Summit Resort? Many wonderful and well-planned upgrades and improvements have taken place! All four elevators have been replaced, the pool decking has been resurfaced as well as upgrades to the outdoor shower area. You will be happy to know the sauna area has been updated as well as many improvements to the grounds. Hot Tubs, one indoor and one outdoor, and On-site workout room completely updated as well as the landscaping. There is security at the waterfront entrance to the pool area to assure the seating on the pool deck is used by guests only. Very importantly, The Summit Resort is committed to maintaining high speed internet and that has been updated. COME AND ENJOY!
The Summit Resort is conveniently located to all the attractions THE BEACH has to offer. There are so many amenities on the property that you could chose to never leave the site! It's called The Adventure Zone at Summit Beach Resort. It begins at the pool deck tiki bar with your favorite drink and music then wander over to Bikini Bob's Grill for tasty food and snacks. The family can spend time at the inside game room with Air Hockey and several virtual arcade games. You won't want to miss the Dive-In Move nights at the pool that feature newly released box office hits. For the adventurer in your group there is parasailing, banana boat rides, and jet ski rentals on the beach. Summit Resort has a very nice exercise facility for your enjoyment. The location is perfect as The Summit Beach Resort is convenient to all the local attractions, to mention a few, Gulf World Marine Life Park, Zoo World, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Wonder Works and Ripley's Believe It Or Not, St. Andrew's State Park, Dave and Buster's, Captain Anderson's Marina where there are many activities to choose from including deep sea fishing charters, dolphin watching cruises, sunset wine cruises, Shell Island cruises, or you can rent your own pontoon boat and explore at your leisure. If you have a shopping enthusiast in your group you must visit Pier Park. It is a shopping, dining, and entertainment mecca! You can even catch a free concert at the Pier Park amphitheater every Thursday night all summer! Just bring your cooler and chairs and sit on the lawn. It's a great experience. We would be remiss if we didn't mention the open-air dining with live music that you can experience up and down the beach nightly. It is so much fun! While many of these open-air dining options are very casual there are many fine dining restaurants for you to choose from also. Day time activities are abundant on the beach and the night life and dancing are limitless also. Please come and play and relax with us here on BEACH. Beautiful condo on beautiful PCB The balcony is great overlooking the Gulf. Actually saw dolphins jumping from the balcony. Condo was stocked with everything you could possibly need. Have already booked my stay for next year, and added 3 weeks to it. See you next year.

this was a nice little condo, perfect for a small party. we enjoyed the views, and the location. it was easy to get in and there was enough space to cook

The hosts were absolutely amazing and let us know about an issue going on and would respond immediately any time we had a question. The property itself was a whole other issue. The people working the front desk acted like they didn't like their jobs at all. They never smiled. When we checked in after driving for almost 9 hours (should have been no more than 7) the gentleman barely looked at me and stayed on his phone the entire time I was checking in. When we got to the room, we found that there were electrical outlets that didn't work and/or wouldn't hold your plugs because of the way they were in the wall. We couldn't find the remotes for either television. We called and a worker came and fixed the problem with the remotes. The room wasn't very clean and about half way through our stay, my husband found a half eaten honeybun behind one of the televisions. I informed the owners and they apologized and said they would let the property know. I definitely wasn't their fault. The property is paid to keep the condo maintained and they definitely weren't doing a good job. The owners had an electrician come fix the outlet in the master bathroom and then when you tried to unplug anything, it would almost pull the entire outlet out of the wall. The outlet in the living room that wouldn't hold a plug they fixed by just taking the cover off the outlet and leaving it that way. Seemed definitely safe. Again, the owners were absolutely wonderful to work with.
