location was ideal for us
inflexibility of host. We run a holiday rental in the UK and if someone requests something that will cost us £30 when they are paying over £1000 we pay it because we want to provide a great customer service. We asked to check in at 3pm and the host told us it would cost 30 euros to arrive befote 6pm, which seems like an unreasonably late time by any standards. He justified the cist because he works and would need to pay someone to let us in earlier. Sorry, but you factor these things into your price and let people arrive at a reasonabld time, but it seems like this guy wants everything. Later, having already agreed the check out process the host bothered me by calling a number of times, messaging me via Whatsapp etc when I wanted just to enjoy my break with my family
