La CASA DE LOS XOLOS is an authentic, unique, characterful, and comfortable space, full of decorative surprises. It features three bedrooms with terraces that share a kitchen, as well as two fully equipped apartments, each with its own terrace. There are common areas—such as the living room, terrace, and pool—that will make you feel right at home. Each has a different decorative theme.
The small, charming garden with two lounge chairs, a pool that evokes a cenote filled with plants, and a fountain with aquatic plants and fish will make your stay unforgettable. The house is charming and will make you want to stay and enjoy it. The furniture, all ingeniously painted or decorated, will provide the comfort you need to feel at ease and happy. All rooms and apartments are equipped with air conditioning and fans. Mérida is known for its humid climate, so you may encounter some harmless insects in certain areas of the accommodations.

Your LINDO CORAÓN room faces the street, so passing cars are a frequent occurrence and may cause some noise; to mitigate this, we’ve installed double-paned doors and windows to block out street noise.
By order of the Mexican government, smoking is prohibited inside the complex. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
For stays longer than 7 nights, a mid-stay and weekly cleaning service will be provided at a cost of $150.00 MXN, which the guest must pay.

Great room. Great price. Great communication. Right by Parque Santiago, the zoo and a short walk to the Zocalo. Pool and garden were very nice and the art on the walls and in the rooms is really unique. (In a good way!)I had a great stay and will book again.

Nice room with shady balcony overlooking street. Comfortable bed. A/C and fan worked well. Nice shared spaces including kitchen and patio by cooling pool. Lots of decor, some of it “adult”.

I booked a room with a private bathroom and A/C in what appeared to be a guesthouse, but a week or two before my arrival I was upgraded to a self-contained unit next door for no extra charge. I'm sure I would have been happy with the original booking, but the upgrade was of course even better. It was a small house with its own street entrance on Calle 68, a bedroom, one full bathroom, a kitchen and living area separated from the bedroom by sliding glass doors, a small patio, and a small plunge pool. I was very pleased with the whole set-up and it was a great place to spend my week in Mérida.

We stayed for a few nights and the place had everything one needs. The pool is a great extra, in the hot city of Mérida.
