Very clean and comfortable. Incredible view. Morning coffee on the small dock was magical. Worked very well for our family.
The water has a sulphur smell and taste. That was off-putting. Perhaps a water filter could help? And the 10:00 am checkout was a push. I understand the need to prepare for the next guests, but an extra hour would have made a big difference for us.

The location is excellent. The view is amazing, plenty of room for kids to play in the yard and to venture down close to the water. We also loved the space and how it is laid out, plenty of space for playing games, resting, having some alone time, and getting together in the dinning room and on the deck. Lots of room for parking and a charger for the electric car was a great bonus!
The only thing I would say is that the decor is dated - but that actually doesn't matter and makes it very easy to not worry about being uncomfortable. There is some road noise behind the house, but it doesn't bother the sleeping spaces and is only mild a few hours a day and not at night.

The housekeeper Bri was there finishing up when we arrived. She was wonderful explaining the code and special nuances inside and outside the house
She made our arrival perfect
The roses were a beautiful touch for our family reunion

The location was wonderful, lawn mowing would have been nice. The view was great.
GROSS dishwasher, no lights working in utility room nor in stairwell, lawn chairs for living room furniture...really.
Check out introductions came after we left. The place needs someTLC!
