Ariel Dunes I 1403

The condo was wonderful. The pools were very nice. Beds very comfortable.

The walk to the beach was a little more than I thought it would be. Not a bad walk but enough you did not want to be going back and forth. But the view was beautiful.

The pools, restaurant and view were all great. The two bedrooms and two baths were separated which allowed for privacy, which was very nice. The laundry room is spacious and allows you to store extra beach stuff during your stay. We had my three year-old granddaughter with us and the kid pool with the Fountain was fantastic for her to play in. The unit is on the 14th floor and the balcony was a nice place to rest after a day of swimming and look at the ocean. Both pools open at 9 AM and close at 9 PM but no drinks or snacks are allowed on the pool deck or in the pool.

When we arrived the floors were dirty, the mirrors were dirty and the kitchen countertops and ice maker were all dirty. We found a dirty towel underneath the sink in the first bathroom . We called and they did send in another cleaning crew but the floors were still dirty. I did appreciate that they brought by clean towels. There was a very large church group while we were there which made waiting for the elevators time consuming.

We liked cabana cafe and the shopping Near by liked the pools but the views from room the best

Kitchen utensils could be upgraded Oven pan and some other items worn Last couple of days pool heat quit working Also during the snow storm had some pipe noise Everything else ok
