Wspaniały dom wakacyjny ze wszystkimi udogodnieniami. Świetnie wyposażona kuchnia. Piękny designe i bardzo wygodne łóżka. Na każdym poziomie balkony i tarasy a na samej górze basen, leżaki i stół do biesiadowania z grillem. Wszystko to z niesamowitym widokiem na ocean.

Alles in Allem ein schönes Haus mit gehobener Ausstattung in toller Lage. Sehr bequeme Betten, schöne Bäder und eine funktionelle Küche mit guter Ausstattung. Die Aussicht ist wirklich fantastisch und die obere Terrasse mit dem Pool, ein Traum zum chillen

Die „Übergabe“ erfolgte kontaktlos per Schlüsselbox und einem dünnen Ordner im Gebäude…. In dem war hauptsächlich beschrieben was man alles nicht darf und wofür man haftet. Ausserdem reichlich Verweise auf Erklärungen bei der „persönlichen Einweisung“. Die hat ja allerdings nicht stattgefunden. Internet und Fernseher haben nicht funktioniert, die Instandsetzung dauerte 2 Tage. Der einzig sichere Ort zur Aufbewahrung von Lebensmitteln war der Kühlschrank, weil die Küchenschränke und die übrige Küche von Ameisen heimgesucht wurden. Auch im Rest des Hauses war allerlei Getier vorhanden. Die Umwälzpumpe und die Wärmepumpe des Pool‘s dröhnen sehr in den Schlafzimmern und stören beim schlafen. Das sind jedoch alles Dinge mit denen man leben kann und kein Grund sich den Urlaub vermiesen zu lassen, entsprechen aber nicht so wirklich dem hohen Selbstverständnis der Betreuungsfirma. Aufpassen sollte man allerdings wie sich die Umgebung des Hauses entwickelt. Abgesehen von den mindestens 3 Bauplätzen die rund um das Haus noch zu vergeben sind, befinden sich auch noch 2 Rohbauten ca. 80 Meter entfernt, die während unseres Aufenthaltes glücklicherweise Baustop hatten.

Spacious, modern comfortable accommodation. The top level sun terrace is fantastic. Everyone loved the pool and hanging out there. Very relaxing experience.

Problems with Wi-Fi that only seemed to work on the ground level. There was no coverage on level 1 (bedrooms) and very limited coverage on level 2 (sun terrace). This is not a minus, but it should be highlighted that the location of the villa is Canhas not Ponta do Sol. It is quite remote and a car is more or less a necessity. The nearest public transport is a 10 to 15 minutes walk away, uphill to the local bus stop. There is no direct service to Funchal from there. Having said that, it is a great base from which to explore the island, which we did, and you probably see more from here than if you were based in Funchal, perhaps.

It was a nice place with good view to the ocean. The Villa is well equipped, tidy and clean with comfortable furniture. There is a big garage where was comfortable to park our car. There are 2 grilling zones (inside and outside) where we could make our BBQ. It is located far away from highways and crowded places.

The swimming pool was not working properly, the filter was not circulating the water and there was no light inside the pool. It was not fixed during our stay. There is not enough hot water in the boiler for 6 persons in the morning. Be ready to take shower in cool water. There are some building works nearby and the builders would wake up you in the morning, but it didn’t disturb us a lot.
