Modern Tower Apt w Spectacular Sea View l Mamad

Everything was great loved it so much extended another 2 days. Just a few things some.lightbulbs were burned out, ac remote batteries dying, would love instructions on how to use washing machine, shower heads etc.

Location is great...extremely so with the multiple playgrounds for children, fair priced grocery market (City Market) 1 block away, bakeries, etc.). No need to bring food...everything is near by.

The apartment needs some handyman minor fixes.

Check in and check out were smooth. Car parking was great. Staff was easily approachable over WhatsApp, responsive and helpful whenever an issue arose. The apartment is located in a modern tower block hence the facilities were modern. Good sea view out of the living room. Several grocery/bakery/coffee places around. I also appreciated a few extra hours afforded at check out. Cannot fault the hosts.

I stayed in Tel Aviv several times and owing to traffic and parking issues there I've decided to venture out to Bat Yam this trip. I left with mixed feelings. Yes, traffic and parking were better. But the area where the apartment is located is still under development. There is a nice sea view from the living room, but a construction zone view from each of the bedrooms. Perhaps in a few years it will be a better feel. The apartment is noisy- although it's on the 8th floor, you can hear street-level cars and my daughter had a hard time sleeping owing to the noise in her bedroom. This apartment was pricey (Tel Aviv level prices) and ultimately I left feeling like its price/value wasn't quite there.

It was very easy to receive the keys, got the code for the lockbox in advance and keys were there. Also, it was great to have parking (included), just need to have the license plate and car made and color, send the info and and gate will be open the moment you're there with your car.

not a big issue for us as the dryer was not working, but with the Israeli heat, we airdried everything within an hour
