About this house rental

This is a cosy 2 bedroom, open plan home. Sleeps 4 people, great for families. Heat pump. North facing. With plenty of off street parking. Close to hospital, CDB. Gateway to north, south east and west of southland. Bluff 25mins CBD 6mins. Riverton 40mins. 9 minutes from the airport. Sky Sports. This is a non smoking home. There are outside areas for smoking. We also have a secruity camera which is used when the home is empty. Please read the blue folder under the TV, the oven instructions are there as well as the wifi information.

Lovely warm home. Tidy and clean.

This very modern 2 bedroom house had everything we could have wished for on our 5 night stay. Each bedroom has a queen size bed, the one we slept in having a very comfortable mattress. The kitchen is very well appointed, with a good range of appliances including a low cooker. It has a good size fridge-freezer, plenty of utensils and even a baking tray for the oven. The bathroom has a very good shower, a large bath and a washing machine. The living room has several lounges, a large TV with Foxtel, and fast broadband. The house is well heated by heatpump.We found the property close to everything we intended visiting, and an easy, short drive to Invercargill's CBD. There is also off road parking behind the house. Thoroughly recommended.

We enjoyed a lovely stay in this clean, well appointed home. It was cozy and warm and easy to find. The hosts are great.
