As you enter through the gates the private pool is to the right and ahead is the villa entrance. The ground floor is a large living room with a bar so you can entertain or just relax while watching the full UK TV channels on the flatscreen TV or make use of the FREE WIFI. There is plenty of seating for friends and family, it's great! On the 1st floor, you have another living room with a potbelly wood burning heater, a large dining room with views all around, a full bathroom and a twin bedroom. The fully fitted kitchen is on this floor as well with all mod con's required for your holiday catering. Up the stairs, you have 2 more bedrooms both double and another full bathroom. The master bedroom has a large private balcony to wake up with that cup of coffee and enjoy the morning sun. Pop up to the top floor and there is a lovely solarium with stunning views all around the villa. Simply a great place for the family. The entire villa has full aircon as well and ceiling fans.

Outside is what makes any villa in Spain, the private pool. This villa has large grounds as well as a large private pool. There is plenty of space around the pool for sunbathing as well as a large corner sofa to chill on while the BBQ is going. There is a large BBQ area and swing. You can see why this villa really is a fantastic place to call home while holidaying in Spain.

The apartment is just a ten minute walk to the Villamartin Plaza with a large choice of restaurants from the local kebab shop to 5 star dining in many of the well know restaurants, we even have one owned by a TOWIE cast member. As well as eateries, there is a wide range of pubs to choose from and entertainment for the kids during the summer months. Also during the summer the community puts on entertainment in the central plaza so step around the corner and watch with stars such as Leo Sayer, Ray Lewis of the Drifters, Rob Falsini, The Foundations, Los Pacaminos ft Paul Young, Tony Christie, Andy Abraham, Paul Da Vinci, Ges Rogers Union Gap and in 2019 Les McKeown\'s Bay City Rollers on Tour and more. Just a perfect place to be. The plaza also has a grocery store, banks and doctor.

For the golfer, the Orihuela Costa is the place to be, known as the Costa del Golf! There are several professional courses all within a few minutes drive if not just next door. In the near proximity there is the Campoamor Golf, Villamartin Golf, Las Ramblas Golf, Las Colinas Golf, Vista Bella Golf, Golf La Finca and La Romero Golf. You can hire clubs at most as well. We suggest if you are looking for ease of booking and discounted green fees to contact Albatross Golf in Los Dolses.

Also now visit the new Zenia Blvd shopping mall considered to be the largest in Europe and only a 5 minute drive away, or catch a taxi or use the local bus service!
