This beautiful apartment is situated in a fantastic building with full amenities, right in the heart of Brickell.
It features 2 rooms: one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed. There are 2 modern bathrooms as well. Located on the 9th floor, the apartment boasts a very contemporary style and is conveniently next to Miami City Center.
Please note that dogs are not allowed in the unit, and a minimum contract of 1 month is required.
Important: I MUST INFORM YOU THAT THE POOL WILL BE CLOSED FOR AN IMMINENT TIME DUE TO MAINTENANCE.
Our check-in and check-out processes are fully remote for your convenience. You will receive information about the procedure, which will be shared via direct message or through our guest portal, along with detailed instructions.
Check-in is completed online, and a refundable damage deposit ranging from $300 to $500 is required. This deposit will be returned 2 to 5 business days after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property.
Alternatively, you can opt for a non-refundable damage waiver, which ranges from $50 to $80 USD.
Early check-in and late check-out if available can be provided with extra cost.

This condo is in a great location in Brickell! Close to everything! Manuel was a dream to work with. Anything I needed he was quick to respond! The valet attendants are so nice and great! Having parking included is fabulous! I would recommend this condo to anyone wishing to stay in Brickell.

Location- excellentCleanliness- poor. Floors and countes were clean. Mirrors dirty; oven filthy; bathtub and shower grungy. Manuel would not send cleaners to deal with this.Support from property manager- supplied needed dishes , cutlery, bread knife, oven mitts, heaters. Sent handiman to fix broken bathroom door and and replaced part in toilet. All if this was appreciated but suggested neglect of the property.WE were not informed that pool was closed. I contacted manager of the building who told me owners were informed mid December - well in advance of our being able to cancel.Online photo showed couch and chair in the living room. There was only small couch to sit on. Were told to bring in dirty plastic chair from balcony as second place to sit.We did know of construction of new building directly behind us. Please be aware machinery starts at 6:00am and workers are supposed to stop at 5;00pmToo often workers were there until 11:00 pm. Sometimes they left on time and returned in the middle of the night. Developers do not follow the laws and are not held accountable. Construction will continue for at least one more year. This is beyond control of the property manager, but made our stay very uncomfortable .
