About this apartment rental
Just a few steps to the beach along the Sea of Cortez, Apt 5 is a furnished 1 bdrm apt on 2nd floor with an ocean view from the bedroom; functional kitchen with utensils for cooking and dining. Living room has smart tv w/ Dishnet satellite; hi-speed wifi, smart tv connected to Dishnet satellite system, with lots of channels, including several HBO and ESPN. A quiet neighborhood of beautiful beach houses makes the walk along the beach safe and secure, a short distance to beach palapas and the Malecon (the walkway along the sea wall).
Enjoy preparing and eating your own meals in the fully functional kitchen, using the gas stove and oven, refrigerator. Eat on the built-in counter (which also doubles as a laptop workspace).
Bedroom has king-size bed, with end tables on each side, air conditioning and/or heating, chest of drawers, large storage closet. The modern bathroom has great water pressure and instant hot water to the shower.
The backyard is a common area which has a clean and comfortably heated swimming pool, surrounded by lounge chairs and tables. There is also an outdoor kitchen, gas barbecue and a large outdoor dining area, all available for use by guests. Above the outdoor kitchen is the gym area. There is a doorway from the pool area to a private outdoor garden and secure parking lot.

Riding bikes to the Loreto Plaza is a lot of fun, just a straight shot down Madero Street; and then to the old Loreto Mission, and to the Malecon, and then back home again. So many possibilities for enjoyment and having lots of fun!

Steve and Adriana are amazing hosts. On Sundays they do a supper; every morning Steve does espresso drinks! And conditions permitting, you may get to go out in their boat to look for wildlife and picnic on white sand beaches! Far enough removed from the central area to be quiet! No laundry facilities but service is available. Plentiful hot water!

Free Cappuccino's every morning by the pool, and a Sunday potluck allowed us to socialize with other guests. Steven and Adriana were great hosts and provided lots of local information, helped arrange tours and did their best to make our stay enjoyable.

This was just what we needed to escape the rain and cold of the Northwest. We loved it so much we are coming back in January to spend a month. Steve and Adriana are super hosts and make you feel right at home.

We were so lucky to get to stay at this lovely, welcoming apartment. Adriana & Steve were excellent hosts starting with Sunday night potluck and morning cappuccino ❤️.
The apartment itself is immaculate, has everything you need and extremely comfortable. We were a 3 minute walk from the beach ( we flew with our SUPs) so we're able to board every day. The Centro and Malecon are a quick walk- it was nice to be a 10 minute walk from the busier area ( quiet evenings). The pool us lovely and warm and outdoor kitchen us a treat. I can't write enough good things and we are planning to be back in next year for a month. Thank you so much Adriana & Steve
