Very nice property. I would definitely recommend to family and friends. Close to Disney and Walmart for any shopping needs.

Communication was challenging as host loves out of the country. I had to contact the management company a few times to get in contact with the host. Inconvenient.

Location was convenient to Walt Disney World Resort, shopping, and restaurants. The community pool was nice. Check in was very easy. The property itself was very dated and could use some paint, especially along all the baseboards and doorways trimming. You can tell it's an older unit as the bathrooms also showed their age. What bothered me the most was the black mold spores all around the master bedroom window. I regret not taking pictures to share with the owner. There were dead palmetto bugs each morning in the kitchen area but I understand we're in Florida. In the end, I reminded myself that we were only there for two nights. Would not book this unit again.
