Villa Terra Mar is a Deepwater Tropical Hideaway walking distance to the beach with a heated swimming pool. This comfortable Villa is situated on the exclusive gated Terra Mar Island. The gorgeous vacation rental is tastefully decorated in a coastal theme.
The Villa has an open floor plan to the living area with a large sectional and 60 inch smart tv The luxury Kitchen is styled with a large Subzero Fridge, Gas stove and Décor Oven. A Keurig coffee maker, and a full assortment of cooking utensils to create fantastic meals during your stay. Master Bedroom offers a King Bed, Flat Screen smart tv ensuite master bath with jetted large jacuzzi tub and double headed shower.
Second Master Bedroom Queen Size bed with ensuite bathroom and Flat Smart Tv.
Third Bedroom offers Full size Bunk beds with a twin trundle.
Queen air mattress also provided for additional guests.
Open Floor plan to the living room with large sectional and waterfront views from almost every room. Outside on the pool deck large coconut trees and hammock await. Sectional with outdoor seating along with Double Chaise for hanging by the pool and table for 6 for al fresco meals on the travertine pool deck. Weber grill provided if you would like to have a barbq and hang by the pool. Beach Chairs and cooler provided to guests to use during their stay along with two bicycles to for a ride to the beach.(Monthly and longer term rentals available at a discount)

This house is beautiful and perfectly situated. You'll be a short Uber ride away from most hot spots, if you choose to not hit spots in the immediate area. Our host Eric was extremely helpful, from months out to during our stay. Having the back yard on the intercoastal was a treat. Perfect spot to relax out by the pool as boats go by, or fish off the dock. This was an annual trip for my group. We typically choose a different city each time. This experience was so great that when I book next year's trip I will check availability here first. Thanks Eric !!!!

We had a FANTASTIC time at Eric’s home!! You will not be disappointed!! Location, communication, and overall experience was top notch. My kids are already asking for us to book the house again for next year ☺️ Thanks, Eric!!
