• It is necessary for you to make sure of your children’s safety which includes supervision at all times and staying in the assigned areas around the vacation home.

The house offers a fixed BBQ grill located in the pool area available for our guests to use. Please see below the usage rules and information:
- Usage fee: $100/stay.
- Brand: Char-broil Performance Series - 5-Burner Gas Grill
- We do not provide the gas, the guest is responsible for the purchase and installation
- If damages are encountered in the pool area and/or inside the house due to misconduct of the grill, a penalty fee of $300 will be applied
- The BBQ grill and area where it is located MUST be cleaned after usage. A penalty fee of $100 will be applied if the area is found in bad condition (includes trash, oil, debris, etc.)

This house was able to accommodate two families very comfortably. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. Plenty of space for us to spread out. We've stayed in this area before and like the location of it. Close to SuperTarget for groceries, plenty of dining locations nearby, easy drive to the the Disney area and outlet shopping. Place was clean and well taken care of. Enjoyed our stay here.

We stayed at this property for almost a month and loved every minute. We loved the clubhouse pool amenities and were impressed with the decor and modern fixtures of this home. The home owner was very easy to work with and we had such a great time.

It was more than I expected and a much needed respite for the family after a busy summer. The accommodations were as advertised, very spacious and welcoming. The club house and amenities made the stay one to remember.
