The apartment features a spacious living and dining area with a comfortable couch, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table for 4 people. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, and all necessary appliances.
The bedroom is furnished with comfortable double beds and offers ample storage space for clothing and luggage. The modern bathroom features a shower, a toilet, and a sink.
The living room opens onto the balcony, where you can enjoy a panoramic lake view overlooking the international shipping route.
The complex features a swimming pool, a sauna, and a table tennis room with two exercise bikes, as well as a washer and dryer available for a fee.

Visitor’s tax
As the property owner or rental agency, we are obligated to collect the applicable visitor’s tax on behalf of the City of Cuxhaven and remit it to the City of Cuxhaven.
In addition, we charge a service and processing fee of 3% of the accommodation price for handling and processing your reservation.

Note: Bed linens and towels are not included in the accommodation price. Upon request, you can conveniently add a bed linens and towel package for 30 € per person. This way, you can arrive stress-free with light luggage.
We provide the following amenities for each guest:

- one roll of toilet paper
