設備が綺麗な点です。 部屋数が多く、3家族でもゆったり過ごせました。
お風呂が溜まるまで時間がかかること、シャワーの水圧が弱かった点です。

わんこたちがのびのびと走り回ってる姿を見れたのはとても嬉しかったし、お風呂が温泉なのは嬉しかったです。多頭飼いなのでなかなか泊まれる施設がないのでこちらはとてものびのびできました。わんこ達のアメニティもしっかり揃っていて安心できました。
まず駐車場側の入り口の扉のネジが取れていて危ないと思ったのと、お庭の草が伸び放題のところもあったのでもう少しお手入れして欲しいです。 あとバーベキューで使う道具がかなり錆びていて使い物にならず、お電話したらすぐご対応いただきありがたかったのですが、定期的にバーベキューやキッチンで使う道具のチェックもしていただきたいです。フライパンもかなり使い込まれていて取っ手をカチッとはめるタイプのものでしたが取っ手がグラグラだし使い込まれてるからフライパンがキズキズですぐ焼いたものがくっついてしまって使いづらかったので。くっつきにくくなるクッキングシートなどを置いていただけると助かるなと思いました。フライパンの寿命も延びるでしょうし(^^) 最後にリビングのソファの下やベッドルームのエアコンに埃がたまっていて、あまりお掃除されてないのかなとちょっとがっかりでした。見えないところもしっかりしていただけるといいなと思いました。 以前じぇーむすのおうちを利用させていただいてとても良かったので少し残念でしたが、すぐ改善できることばかりだと思うので次に期待したいです。

１つ１つのお部屋が広く、温泉もあったのでしっかり旅行を感じられて良かったです。ワンコも自由に歩き回れる環境でストレス無く一緒に過ごせてとても良かったです。シャワーがもう少し強いと嬉しいかな。
