Très bel immeuble et appartement. Calme et bien situé. Bel environnement. Garage très pratique.
Un seul rouleau de papier toilettes, de plus pas neuf c'est un peu juste. Pas de petite poubelle dans la salle de bain et penser à réparer le pommeau de douche qui ne tiens pas sur la barre pour prendre sa douche pas pratique.

J ai apprécié : son emplacement, son calme, la literie, l’espace bureau idéal pour le télétravail, ses équipements l’espace agence de l’appareil et sa terrasse même si le temps n’était pas au rdv pour en profiter.
Ce qui est perfectible : le soin apporté au ménage notamment de l’électroménager, (plaque frigo micro onde hôte ) lave vaisselle en erreur par manque de sel et liquide de rinçage et un canapé avec des coussins à nettoyer (taché et odeur ) de manière général difficile de lutter contre des odeurs imprégnées et une hotte en panne.
