Super Lage, sehr zentral. Alles vorhanden, nur Bettwäsche/Handtücher muss man selbst mitnehmen. Netzwerkanschluss im Zimmer, konnte meinen eigenen Router verwenden. Ca. 100Mbit Internet. Großer Balkon, Sonne am Abend. Einrihtung einfach (Ikea), aber neu renoviert und alles sauber.

Schlüsselübergabe dauert unüblich lange. Bei Annahme 30 Minuten und bei Abgabe 10 Minuten muss man kalkulieren. Parken ist auf einem bewachten Parkplatz, aber nicht am dahinter gelegenen Aquileia Parking sondern fast 10 Gehminuten entfernt am White House beim Tropicarium. Für Ladetätigkeit muss man auf der Via Bafile einen Parkplatz suchen. Das geht am Anreisetag Nachmittags noch, am Sonntag Vormittag fast unmöglich einen Parkplatz in der Nähe zu finden. Ruhig ist was Anderes, teilweise bis 4 Uhr morgens Lärm auf der Via Bafile, um 6 Uhr morgens geht fast eine Stiunde der Laubbläser in der Nachbarschaft, vor 7 kommen die Müllabfuhr und Lieferanten zu den umliegenden Betrieben.

Super Lage. Parkmöglichkeit war sehr gut da der Parkplatz Videoüberwacht ist und stressfrei. Wenn man mit dem Zimmer Glück hat bekommt man eins mit Meerblick ansonsten in einen Hinterhof. Einchecken und die Schlüsselübergabe liefen reibungslos.

Die Betten waren sehr unbequem Vorallem das Schlafsofa. Mann hat für 4 Personen und 4 Nächte nur 2 Rollen Klopapier bekommen heißt man musste nochmal neues besorgen. Es gab im Bad keine Seife und den Beuler für das warme Wasser muss man selbst einschalten sonst hat man nur kaltes Wasser.

All the rest: the apartment itself is in major need to be renovated, including kitchen, beds, shower, etc. lots of things are damaged or not working, i.e. gas stove with no spark. also, the apartment comes with 0 amenities - no toiletries, soap. the most amazing thing was that sheets and towels were also not included in the price - all at an extra cost, ehich came to 100 EUR for 5 persons. And last, but not the least - the check in process… You must collect the keys approx. 3,5 km from the apartment (it took roughly 30 min to do that although there was no que), which is a major inconvenience. Also, the place requires 200 eur deposit, which is returned when you bring back the keys.. yes, there is no option to leave the keys at the apartment, you must go to the same place to return them. Most likely, your family and luggage will stay at the centre while you return the keys - because you have no better things to do during vacation than running around to collect/bring back the keys.
