The apartment has a fantastic location, just a short walk from the harbor, restaurants, and the beach. There is also a bus stop right outside, making it easy to explore the area. Despite being in the city, it was quiet thanks to the good windows. The air conditioning in both the bedroom and kitchen was powerful and quiet. Check-in and check-out with the key box worked perfectly, and the chat support was fast and helpful whenever we needed something, like extra toilet paper. The bed was comfortable, the apartment was spacious, and the large fridge was very convenient.

Unfortunately, the apartment did not feel like a luxury apartment. There was no free bottled water, not enough toilet paper, no cleaning service or fresh towels and sheets during our stay, and some electrical adapters were broken. The kitchen was poorly equipped, with very few pots and no basics like salt, sugar, or cooking oil. The balcony was dirty, with old beer bottles left behind, and the windows had clearly not been cleaned. The bathroom was spacious but had a few broken items. Also, the room could not be fully darkened because it only had roller blinds.
