Situated in the heart of Pleasant Grove, this charming & modern 1,500 sq ft basement apartment makes an ideal space for those seeking comfort, function, and privacy. The living space flows smoothly into the kitchen with its laundry room tucked away from daily foot traffic. The apartment boasts three sizable bedrooms and one bathroom. Its surroundings are equally stellar. It's not uncommon to see our local deer each day relaxing around the property. Additional Pet fee $15/ night.

This was an amazing find. I have never done VRBO. And it was an excellent experience. I was able to take my service dogs with me. So it was really great. Everything was spotless. There is a lot of things that were provided to you. It was a great experience. I'll definitely be coming back. The host was super nice and informative and definitely checked in on me and made sure everything was okay everything was just perfect. 10 stars

This is a basement property. There is a small dog in the upstairs unit that barks incessantly. There was some recent renovation, or water damage as there were holes cut in the ceiling near the entrance and in one of the rooms. every single door could use a good spray of wd40.
That being said, it was a fine property and accommodated our group just fine.
