Wonderful property! Everything in listing is accurate & true. Great place to stay. When we go back to KY to visit family, we will book this location again. Hosts were more than gracious in everyway. Thank you for the memorable experience!

Sleeping and indoor relaxing was very comfortable. Lacking any end tables and all lights are connected to Ceiling fans with only one on/off switch. It was very hot outside and we were able to set air conditioning to our comfort level.That was very nice. Ceiling fans in all rooms helped keep it cool throughout. Outside was a little different the fishing pond even though my wife floated in it didn’t seem the best for swimming. There is a shared driveway on one side as well as a new venue going up on the other. We were lucky enough not to have an event going on at this new venue however people showed up to look at it later in the eve and left the lights on in their vehicle which shinned into or window. There were small children that followed us out to the scenic outlook like they didn’t want us out there so we didn’t stay out there to observe and one of those children ran around the house we were staying in and actually ran across the front porch.
In summary I never meet Christy she did talk to my wife for a minute but we did talk to the gentleman and unfortunately if he told me his name I forgot it. The Gentleman was very courteous and polite and quick to address any issues (he is the other part of the shared driveway)
In conclusion it my have been our faults as guest not to google map it to see how close the neighbors were but we were hoping for more of all to ourselves
