Welcome to NEUF MILLE, a luxury residence rated as a “4-star furnished vacation rental.”
Ideally located on the GR34 long-distance hiking trail, just a short walk from the shops and restaurants at the Perros-Guirec marina, the NEUF MILLE residence—bordering a stream—is nestled in a natural setting. You’ll love strolling around the ponds in a lovely landscaped garden.

The “Quatre bis” is a very spacious 150 m² apartment located on the first floor of the villa.
It features a fully equipped, highly functional kitchen that opens onto a bright living area overlooking the landscaped garden and its ponds.
The “Quatre bis” offers two spacious suites with private bathrooms. The first suite (bedroom with a view of the garden) features a king-size bed (with electric bed bases), a spacious walk-in closet, and a separate shower and toilet. The second suite (bedroom with a sea view) features a bathroom with a shower and bathtub. It offers the option of a king-size bed or two separate 90-cm beds.

A laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, sink, and two-burner gas stove is adjacent to the kitchen.

Bedding (duvet) and towels are provided. The beds are made for your arrival.

And to help you enjoy your private terrace, we provide a large set of patio furniture, a parasol, a grill, and 2 lounge chairs.

Very nicely located house: in the green, but only few minutes by feet away from where the restaurants start. Very modern and outstandingly well equipped house, very spacious and with a nice terrasse into the nicely arranged and maintained garden. Extremely friendly hosts.

Nous avons passé un s´jour court mais trés relaxant avec tout le confort . La maison était trés élégante et moderne et l'intérieur nous plaisait - mais le plus impressionant était le jardin, l'arbre,les fleurs , le petit étang que nous avons avons savourés. Merci.
