房間內的清潔度算良好、床舖乾淨，冷氣有力、淋浴間水壓強，備有掛衣架，掛衣服方便。大廳備有飲水機，補水方便。老闆娘很客氣。
公共空間的清潔度不足，雖然可能是其他房客造成、雖然我們沒使用到大廳，但上下樓或補水經過大廳時還是覺得觀感甚差，剛好入住的這兩天，房客幾乎把公共空間當自己家，背包、襪子隨意丟放，吃完的蛋糕飲料也都沒收拾。
