This hotel is at the heart of Faliraki. Everything is in walking distance like bus stops, shops, restaurants, bars, banks and supermarkets. Just 5 min walk to the main beach.
Very clean and comfortable hotel. They gave me bigger room than what I booked. They clean my room every single day. Breakfast was very good and healthy with a good variety of things to choose from. Ladies who made breakfast and did cleaning were very calm, kind and smiling.
Staffs at reception were so friendly, helpful and kind. Staff at reception for both afternoon shift and night shift were always available and very kind and helpful.
Irena, the lady who worked at reception every day afternoon was like a an angel to me. She helped me a lot as a solo traveler who was in Rhodes for the first time. She gave me lots of helpful advices, information and tips that made my trip so pleasant and comfortable.

The staff was so friendly, Irena, Gyros and the breakfast lady made my stay very pleasant ;) They cared so much even in my worst days, so that I promised to visit them again some time.
Special thank you to Irena for her warmth and great time together.
The room was cleaned each day and for that little money you get more than is needed.
The location is close to the beach and the shops, just perfect.
Breakfast is nice too.

The staff was nice, while the breakfast was also very good. We had a big terrace, which is also quite good. The AC worked well, which was needed for the heat. The bed was comfortable too.
The toilet seat was a major nuisance because it couldn't stand up on its own, so it was very inconvenient for both of us. The towel rack was practically falling off the wall, so we couldn't use it without risking it falling completely. There are two very loud bars across the street, with live music and karaoke that went on until 3 am every night, so sleeping was impossible without closing the window.

The location is perfect, right in the centre, on the bar street with plenty of restaurants, bars and supermarkets around. There is one restaurant which is the part of the hotel called George's Grill and the food was good and quite cheap. The beach was very close, 5min by foot. The room was okay, not as good as on the photos, I guess the photos are old. The room was cleaned and towels changed every 2 days and bed sheets every 3 days. Wifi was good in all areas of the hotel. Staff were polite and friendly.
The check in is after 3pm, I arrived at 5pm and my room was still not ready. I had to wait 45min in the lobby while they cleaned it. My room was on the first floor, pretty close to the breakfast area so it was very noisy in the morning. The breakfast was served from 7:30 till 10:30 but if you go after 9, there is very little food left because they do not replenish it. One day there was even no more cutlery left by the time I came and very often the tables were not cleaned even by noon. The doors of the rooms are also very loud, because you have to slam them to close them so at night you will definitely be awoken by others guests coming and going. The light in the toilet could not be turned on without turning on the fan too which was annoying and again loud. The shower is built in a way that it has no door so it was impossible to shower without water splashing the whole bathroom.
