About this villa rental
Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are 4 to 5 ferry boats going to and from the island everyday in the summer months. As there are few hotels on the island, mostly private homes are rented out. Most of the houses on the island are built from local stone giving Kea its unique architectural style.
The complex has 5 houses in total, four of them are 85sq meters each, completely independent of each other. The fifth house is 137sq meters. They are set on a 5,000sq meters plot of land. In front of the houses is a large 25 meters long swimming pool, with 2 large pergolas, a large deck area for sunbathing, offering a fantastic sea and sunset view. The ideal swimming pool for those that want to do laps.
Description Houses 2 to 5 (85sq meters each):
The houses are on two levels. The first floor, which is the main entrance, has a living room with a fireplace, a dining area that seats 4 people and a fully equipped open plan kitchen. Leading off the living room is a large shaded veranda with a dining/seating area, where one can sit and enjoy the sea view and amazing sunsets. Near the kitchen there are stairs leading to the ground level, where there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with bunk beds and one bathroom with a shower. Both bedrooms have a sea view and balcony doors that lead on to a small terrace.
Description House 1 (137sq meters)
The house is on two levels. The first floor, which is the main entrance, has a living room with a fireplace, a dining area that seats 4 to 6 people and a fully equipped open plan kitchen. On this level there is also a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. Leading off the living room is a large shaded veranda with a dining/seating area, where one can sit and enjoy the sea view and amazing sunsets. Near the kitchen there are stairs leading to the ground level, where there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with bunk beds, a bedroom with three single beds (two beds can be joined to make a double bed and one bathrooms with a showers. All the bedrooms have a sea view and balcony doors that lead on to a small terraces.

Internet, air-conditioning, Flat screen TV, heating, fireplace, refrigerator and freezer, oven, electric hobs, kettle, sandwich maker, juice extractor, filter coffee machine, multi-blender, linen and towels provided, pool towels provided, dishes and utensils provided, washing machine, electric mosquito repellents in all the rooms, baby cot, fire extinguisher, hairdryer, Coco Mat mattresses, iron and board, first aid kit, parking for 1 car each house, two sunbeds each house, two air-mattress/bean bag sunbed each house, 2 chaise lounge each house, outdoor dining on the veranda of each house. Under the pergola at one end of the pool there is a large sofa for 3 people, two armchairs and coffee tables.

Absolutely incredible location, you cannot beat the views. The houses were all extremely clean, safe, quiet, and accurate to the photos. Maria was the absolute best. She met us at the port and took us up to the house. Whenever I had an issue I would call Maria and she would solve it instantly.
The only issue - the road to get to the house is scary. The road is incredibly steep, unpaved, and is on the side of a cliff. It takes about 5 minutes of very careful and focused driving to get down to the house. At one section you need to perform a K turn because the turn is so narrow. Maria was extremely helpful in helping us find George, a taxi driver with a large Mercedes van to shepherd people to and from the house, but it was a constant stressor.
But for the road, this would be a 5/5 stay, but I believe it is important people are aware of the extra challenge the road presented.

This place was absolutely amazing. Maria was phenomenal in making everything go smoothly for the wedding I planned at the house.
Having never been to Greece and Kea, we had the absolute best experience with our 17 guests. Maria was essential in connecting us with locals who were able to provide experiences for us all.
The houses were clean with Amazing views, an amazing pool, and a great atmosphere!

Absolutely stunning villas and pool area. We rented all 5 villas for a 60th birthday celebration with family coming from around the world. Beautiful setting, great amenities and so comfortable. The hosts were so helpful with anything we needed. Will definitely recommend.

Un ensemble de 5 maisons qui partagent une même propriété et une superbe piscine. Dommage que l'équipement et l'organisation des cuisines ne soient pas adaptés pour recevoir des grands groupes qui veulent "vivrent ensemble".
