The property & furnishings were great. Cleanliness was an issue & it lacked the small things that get you started. No beach items(chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc.)

This home was very beautiful and beach scenery was amazing. Made my family feel like we were home away from home. We had 2 major distractions with this home that was not anyones fault. The lock broke from normal wear and tear which left us stranded inside for over 8 hours, very disappointing. Also a pipe bursted on another floor which forced the water lines to be turned off through the facility. So again, had us stuck where we couldn’t shower to head out for the day. So 2 days were lost from our vacation. Overall, beautiful and clean home. There were family games and toys for the kids which was nice.

Only issue I had, was it was almost 5:00 when we could finally get in our room.

Overall the location is excellent. The garage setup is cool because you can unload at floor level without having to use the elevator. The unit we stayed in was not well kept up. The floors were filthy with dirt and some were cracking. The AC was average and it even has a sign that says “works best at 74”. Mold and cracks in the shower from extremely old caulk. This was the first property we didn’t have a fully automated check in in a long time. The management office is close by so it’s not terribly inconvenient. The lock on the door jammed sometimes and we would have to jiggle it and re enter the code to get it to work. We won’t go back to this unit but would definitely consider a unit in the building that was better maintained.
