Overall everything went well. We have stayed in this same house some years back and sadly it seems a little worse for wear as most things do over the years. If we go back (just as in our first stay review) we would love to see mirrors and hooks to hang clothes in each of the upstairs bedrooms since our group consists of a large number of women and the mirrors only being in the 2 bathrooms makes it a little difficult for everyone to dress at the same time. Would love to see more chairs on the porch also.

Great to just step off the deck, along the short boardwalk to the beach.Only negative was the size of the deck and no safety gates at the stairs.

My wife and I decide to check the location out as we have not been here before. We planned a family re-union and we were going to stay at a local motel until check-in time the next day. Cobb Real Estate then offered us a deal. They would let us check-in early for a very reasonable price. I accepted the offer and we moved in that day. The rest of the family would check-in the following day. In total we had 14 adults and 15 grandchildren join us. The place sleeps 30. There was more room then I had anticipated. Those days we stayed were very humid and hot. The A/C units worked well and keep us cool the whole time. The house was very clean and the staff very helpful. We needed some extra bedding, we were not short, they were very prompt in getting it delivered. The house itself is perfectly located with easy access to the beach. Overall we were very satisfied with the house and our stay. This the place I would want again .

This house would be fabulous if taken care of!Positives: one minute walk to beach and nice downstairs area.Negatives: safely issues (lose inside stair tread that almost caused a fall and walkway that had separated from base leaving rusty nails open and our granddaughter stumbled in to.One shower not usable due to crack and leakage into bottom floor. Missing pot holders, can opener, scissors, and spoons.Bring fans to help with air circulation.
