Wonderful location and beautiful views from this second floor condominium nestled on Bayou Heron. Sleeping eight, this three bedroom, two and a half bath condo has your choice of elevator or stair entry and expansive waterfront views from its top floor location. Families will love the canal front POOL at Bayou Heron and boaters will love the boat dock with protected canal dockage. This unit is also within easy walking distance of the Blue Heron Park kayak launch, public Gulf Beach, restaurants, gift shops and more!
Attractive and comfortable, this condo has everything you’ll need. Enjoy a well-stocked kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and blender. The master bedroom has waterfront views, a King bed, TV with ROKU, private bath with garden tub, separate shower and double vanity. The second and third bedrooms each have a Queen bad and are connected to the second full bath with combination shower and tub. A half bath is located just off the front entry for your convenience. The living area is equipped with a sofa-bed, ROKU and has a lovely North West waterfront view with doors exiting onto the large corner open deck.
Access this second floor condo using the common ELEVATOR or central stairs. A common grill is provided on the ground floor for use, no private grills are allowed. Bayou Heron Condo rules must be followed. Maximum of 2 vehicles and facility occupancy including any daytime visitors is limited to 8 persons total. This condo was the most amazing vacation for our family! It has kayaks to use free of charge. They had a crabbing net we used to search for crabs on the beach! The pool was just below our balcony. Our teens stayed in the pool when we were not at the beach! The condo has a jacuzzi that was absolutely delightful after a long day at the beach. The beach was a short walk across the main street. But it was rough if you are older due to the thick sand making it difficult to walk. You can pay 10 for parking at the other beaches and it is much closer for a family with lots of items. The condo had beach chairs to borrow, a wagon to carry items to condo. I was also very surprised there was an elevator for us to use! There was a dish washer, toaster, microwave, stove and refrigerator. A coffee area to make iced coffees. But the island has at least three shops where I bought the best most delicious frappe and iced latte I have ever had! We bought the most delicious seafood at Skinner’s Seafood! We also bought Gumbo another night from there! The raw oysters were delicious as well! We ate at the condo several nights due to it being so convenient and stocked. The balcony stretches from living room to the 2 sides of master bedroom. Talk about beautiful view to go to sleep and to wake up to! The view faces the kayak launch - talk about convenient. It is a beautiful view of the bay. The sun set is marvelous. Morning coffee out on the balcony was amazing! It has a fish and boat dock also.

For context, I traveled with four kids 5-17 years old. The property and view are beautiful, especially the sunset! We all have been so comfortable staying here. The host is incredibly nice and very accommodating. I can't recommend this spot enough. We can't wait to come back!

Location pool and views were wonderful,, property has no updated ammeneties and needed some attention to basic maintance AC filter needed changing, fire alarms needed battieries theirfore were not working, beds were hard and shabby , toilet seat broken in master bath and no toilet tissue was provided.
