Very low standard! Beware of this awful horror cottage!

The worst place I have been to in the past 30 years! The place was dirty., full of dust and mosquitoes. No toilet paper no soap no towels no beddings. Bad smell everywhere. There is only one bathroom one toilet for 4 people!! (two doors so no privacy!) Also no place/closet to put clothes or shower stuff!!! The house was extremely hot even though the temp. outside was 17-18 degrees cel. We had to leave the horror cottage after spending there less than an hour and search for an alternative place to stay for the night at 12 am!!!

Beware of this very low standard cottage if you plan to have a normal trip.It is very disappointing. Many narrow stairs. Small and hot rooms. . . We expected the "host" (HUH!) would refund us after I wrote him we didnt spent the night there because it was in such a bad condition, but the man refused claiming we slept there! Though we only spent at the house less than an hour!!

Lovely house with great facilities

The property has lots of facilities. Every room is equipped with a seperate bathroom which makes it very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need and all the amenities are modern and work well. The property is located in a rustic, quiet village surrounded by beautiful nature, yet it is just a short ride away from bustling Durbuy. The host is very kind and it’s easy to communicate. We had a fantastic stay.

Iedere slaapkamer een eigen badkamer met wc! Heel praktisch

De snookertafel staat in een ander gebouw. Dit werd niet duidelijk gecommuniceerd. 15 min rijden naar het centrum van Durbuy

Goede tijd gehad met vriendengroep van 9 man

Fijne moderne keuken. Mooie tuin. Tafeltennistafel en biljart aanwezig.

De clustering van bedden is niet zo handig, varieert van 1 persoonskamer tot 4 persoonskamer (althans 4 bedden in een ruimte). Tafeltennistafel en biljart staan dicht op elkaar. Tafeltennistafel en batjes zijn wat gammel.

Gites très bien situé et très agréable pour des groupes

Mansue quelques ustensiles de cuisine, essoreuse salade, saladiers, econom.. Sinon il y avait bcp de vaisselles.

Mooi groot huis, rustige locatie.

Voldoende ruimte met grote (complete)keuken en eettafel. Buiten een plek om te zitten, achter top. Voor een tafel met 's ochtends de zon, maar wel aan een (rustige)weg. 's nachts was het megastil, heerlijk!! Prachtige omgeving in de buurt om te wandelen of andere activiteiten. Wij kozen voor hiken Sy-Lus en MTBen bij Durbuy.

Stalen balken in de speelhal (pool/tafeltennis), op lage hoogte. Zelfs gevaarlijk als je (zoals wij) 1.90 of langer bent. Wij zijn er 1x ingeweest met als resultaat een hoofdwond. Erg jammer, want dit was 1 van de doorslaggevende extra's aan dit huisje, waarvoor we deze kozen. Tafeltennis tafel ook geprobeerd, maar de tafel ligt los op een kastje. Hierdoor onveilige situatie als je op de tafel leunt. Gemeld bij de host, dus voor mij geen klacht, maar wel iets om op te lossen.

Un beau logement de groupe proche de Durbuy

Spacieux, une salle de bain par chambre. Bien équipé. Logement très grand. Salle de jeux sympa. Jardin

Luminosité car pas de volet dans la chambre de 3 qui donne sur l'avant du logement. Salle de bain assez froide. Manque peut-être un sèche cheveux et les lits fait à l'arrivée + serviettes de bain.

Un Noêl en famille exceptionnel

Tout était génial, acceuillis par une belle décoration de Noël et qq petits présents ;-), c'était une première pour nous tous en famille, chacun avait sa chambre sa sdb et son wc, tout le monde a bien profité et super la salle de jeux, propreté et tout ce qu'il faut nous étions 9 Merci

rien, juste un petit peu froid la première nuit dans les chambres, peut être un peu de livre enfant en français mais pas obligatoire
