Igényesen kialakított szoba és fürdő, tisztaság, jó elhelyezkedés, parkolási lehetőség.
Illatosító automatára az arra érzékenyek készüljenek. Az ablakok hangszigetelése és tisztasága szinten aluli volt. Kávéhoz nem lehetett hozzájutni reggelenként, hiába volt kint a recepció mellett a kapszulás automata.
