Conventionally located a 10-minute walk from Trindade Metro Station. It can sleep up to 3 people comfortably (adults only).
There's a really nice pub/bar on the ground floor and it is possible to hear music during working hours.
The room is equipped with a comfortable queen-size bed. Complimentary hotel-quality linens are provided to ensure a good night's sleep.
The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The room is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

The medieval Ribeira district is located in Porto on the riverside, there are plenty merchants houses and cafes. The São Francisco Church is a beautiful monument with an historical past. The Bolsa Palace (built in the 19th century) is located in the historical centre of Porto.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)

Couldn't have asked for a better location or atmosphere. Live music and drinks right downstairs. Closed on Sundays so gave us a nice sleep in morning after an awesome evening. Walkable to everything. Room was perfect.

It was a good place you have everything nearly and can walk for everywhere , but I don’t recommend for people who go with children because you have a bar and maybe it’s noisy for kids.

Apartment looked awesome! Everything was clean and prepared for us. You should be aware of the fact, that the apartments are located right above the bar so there can be a little noise.
