Practical and conveniently located 2 bedrooms flat with all amenities for a comfortable stay. Centrally located to enjoy all the city has to offer!
This apartment can sleep up to 4 people comfortably.
Please note that the flat is on the 3rd floor without an elevator!
Guests will have access to the entire home!

The city of Porto, one of the city the most famous of Portugal, is known for all of its stately bridges and port wine production. The medieval Ribeira district is located in Porto on the riverside, there are plenty merchants houses and cafes. The São Francisco Church is a beautiful monument with an historical past. The Bolsa Palace (built in the 19th century) is located in the historical centre of Porto.
Nearest subway station: Bolhão (650m); 8min by foot
Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (17.3km); 16min by car
São Bento Train station (600m); 7min by foot
Uber is available for download and use in Porto.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)
