About this villa rental
Casa das Palmeiras is a very spacious villa located in a very quiet residential area, perfect for a relaxing holiday, and at the same time is close to all facilities such as supermarkets, restaurants, bars, cafes and shops that are just minutes away by foot.
Casa das Palmeiras has on the ground floor a large living room with a living and dining area, 2 bedrooms with twin beds, a bathroom with bathtub and another bathroom with shower. The fully equipped kitchen with access to the outdoor dining area with barbecue, as well as the pool area, surrounded by garden and trees. The first floor has a double en-suite, a bedroom with twin beds, a bathroom with bathtub and another room where you can relax and enjoy a good book.
This property has air conditioning only in the bedrooms.
Outside by the pool there is even a covered space with a snooker table and ping pong table so you can have fun in the hottest hours.
Casa das Palmeiras is equipped with a heated swimming pool that can be connected for a supplement of €70 per day (minimum cost per stay: €490). We also request a 72-hour pre-warning (time it takes to reach the set temperature). The pool heating system raises the temperature by approximately 3°C to 5°C warmer than a pool that is not heated.
The famous Santa Eulália beach is just a few minutes' walk away. You do not need a car.
Casa das Palmeiras is located in a central area, with easy access to theme parks, Algarve Shopping, the beautiful locality of Guia, and the Salgados golf courses.

The Municipality of Albufeira charges a tourist tax of €2 per person, per night of stay, for all guests aged 13 or older, during the period from April 1st to October 31st, with a maximum of seven consecutive nights. This amount will be paid directly to the Municipality a few days before arrival and is not included in the quotes generated on our website, so we kindly ask you to take this into consideration.
We would also like to clarify that parties/events are strictly prohibited on this property.

Beautiful property. Nice pool. Quite dead end street. Close to everything you need. Note there is a hotel next door, but noise was never an issue. The only suggestion is that they could have provided more towels, both bath and pool towels.

8 of us stayed in this property (3 couples and 2 siblings) for one week in August and we absolutely loved it. Photos don’t do the size justice this property is huge and on two floors. Games room was brilliant and provided alternative entertainment. Pool was brilliant and we paid to get it heated so it was a lovely temperature. My mum could do lengths in it and we had so many fun games in there. Rooms all have air con, kitchen has everything you need and living spaces were clean and comfortable.
Location is great, walking distance from the strip as well as lots of bars and restaurants, short taxi into the old town.
Company who own/manage the property were quick to respond and very helpful.
We just absolutely loved our stay here and couldn’t recommend this place more!

The villa is nice with a great pool. The furniture is a bit outdated but still good. The location is good enough to do everything by foot which is great. Also the service is great, our contact person did everything she could to help us out with trips or taxis.
Only thing that could have been better are the matresses which were a bit to hard for us.
