Immaculate Townhouse, Furnished Newly Renovated. Listed on Furnished Finder also

We have stayed at various rentals over the past few years and this was the nicest so far. The property is very well equipped, clean and convenient to many restaurants, etc. It is also a very quiet neighborhood. The owner was very helpful but we did not need much while we were here. We would definitely rent again. 5 stars out of 5 stars.

We had the opportunity to stay at this delightful condo in central Peoria for a month. The hosts were excellent in communication before and during the stay, and were attentive to our needs. The condo is not very large, but the layout was very efficient for a family of 5. Everyone had their own space and the host clearly thought things through on the finish work and amenities to make our stay as pleasurable as possible. From the updated remodel, home feeling amenities and the creatively done coffee counter... they clearly put their own touches to make the condo as comfortable as possible. There is a community pool about a 30 second walk away from our front door and offered us and our kids an opportunity to cool down when the temperatures were high. The pool is not very large, but we basically never saw anyone else use it! I personally enjoyed the freedom to wake up early in the morning and walk to the Peoria Pines golf course and hit balls at the range before I started work most days. Our kids could literally walk to the nearest Safeway to get the random things they wanted. Some great restaurants that we frequented regularly were a short 2 minute drive away (Hash Kitchen and The Cabin) and we even picked up a couple movie showings in the same area. Easy access to several freeway arteries for quick travel, allowed us to get were we need to go quickly. For the price, this condo is going to be really tough to beat compared to your other options if you're looking for an extended stay under $5,000. I highly, highly recommend it.
