Pet friendly, centrally located urban retreat

The house was just what we needed for a month stay with our pet. The host was very quick to respond to any questions or issues we had. She also left us some orange juice, milk, eggs and English muffins in the refrigerator upon arrival which was very thoughtful. Just a heads-up if you bring a pet, the backyard has black dirt that stays wet or damp a lot of the time; therefore, we had to rinse off with water our dog's feet each time she came in from outside due to being covered with mud, dirt, grass, etc. There is also a possum that lives in the backyard. Because the house is on a very busy street, it is difficult to back out from the driveway into the street. We ended up pulling onto the brick drive next to the yard and backing into the garage to make it easier to pull out on the busy street. The house had everything we needed.

This was the perfect place for an anniversary trip with our pups! It was conveniently located to several recommended coffee shops/downtown Dallas/irving and just a little drive from Fort Worth! She stocked the fridge and had 2 different coffee pots and coffee! The back yard was plenty big for our 2 aussies. The dirt is black so maybe bring a towel to wipe off their feet! Felt very safe during our stay! Would highly recommend!

Many positives about the property and the host. We were in the home for 5 weeks. Primary purpose of our stay was medically related so being near UT Southwestern Medical Center was very important. The property is a quiet home, even though it is located on a busy street and near Love Field airport. Given the length of our stay, we were grateful for full washer and dryer facilities located in the kitchen, the fully furnished home including bedroom and bathroom linens, the walk in shower, and fully equipped kitchen. The host provided us with coffee that lasted our entire stay and some healthy breakfast items that lasted for the first week of our stay. The host was helpful and available, when needed.

We needed a centrally located house to stay in while making repairs on our home. This place was perfect for what we needed and the host was a gracious as could be.
