Bliskość wszędzie praktycznie i wygoda.

Piękny widok prosto z łóżka na nasze polskie morze (co prawda lekko z boku, ale nie można mieć wszystkiego ;o)) Czystość i wyposażenie apartamentu. Bliskość do centrum Jarosławca. Szeroki wybór barów i restauracji, gdzie można było tradycyjnie zamówić rybkę. Z samego rana przy okazji spaceru z psem, można wstąpić do rybaków, którzy sprzedają świeżą rybkę (oczyszczoną na miejscu :o)). Bliskość terenów zielonych.
Pogoda ;o) - żarcik ... Mimo złych prognoz, słoneczko zarumieniło nam ciała.

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra,
Trzeba poprawić czystość tzn, podłogi były brudne, taras był brudny(sporo odchodów ptaków), brudny stolik na tarasie, czajnik mocno zakamieniony, dodatkowa śmierdziało z kanalizacji w łazience

Duże przeszklenia pomieszczeń, ładny widok z 6go piętra, winda, ogólnie super
W jednym z okien była wentylacja przez którą przy mocnych wiatrach w nocy przeszkadzał świst co nie pomagało w spaniu :)
