Lokalizacja przy ruchliwym deptaku, obok knajpy w której gra muzyka (najgorzej było w sobotę bo grała bardzo długo), w pozostałe dni ok. Widok z balkonu na morze i na deptak (można oglądać ludzi przechadzających się do późnych godzin nocnych). Bardzo blisko dobre jedzenie. Pan który opiekował się apartamentem bardzo pomocny, miły i mówiący prostym językiem angielskim który łatwo jest zrozumieć.
Minusem jak na tamten klimat to brak klimatyzacji w apartamencie i głośna muzyka z pobliskiego baru.
