About this house rental
Luxury mountain home located in the Granby Ranch ski resort, and golfing community. We created this space with warm gatherings with friends and family in mind with attention to details that help young families travel more easily too.
4 bedrooms + loft, large deck, hot tub and gym featuring a peloton bike. Perfectly situated mountainside with views of the rocky mountains between Winter Park, and Grand Lake. 2 king suites, queen bedroom, bunk room and bunk loft with office. We're located nestled on a mountainside in proximity to other mountain homes in Granby ranch however on a hill top which provides some added privacy. Minutes to Granby ranch ski resort with gorgeous views of the continental divide. Located near Rocky Mountain National Park, Granby is a Colorado treasure, offering a wide array of winter sports, while also being a wonderful place to enjoy in the Spring and Summer months. 25 minutes from Winter Park and Grand lake .
Some of our favorite regional activities include:
- skiing/snowboarding at Granby Ranch or Winter Park
- tubing in Fraser
- pontoon boating at Lake Granby
- golfing at Grand Elk
- exploring the many nearby hiking trails
- mountain biking
- fishing the Fraser river
- and so much more!
Granby is by no means a dense community, so you will want private transportation to get around. But most restaurants, grocery stores, or other attractions are all within a 5-20 minute drive by car.
During the winter months, the roads may often be snow-covered, so having an AWD vehicle, or a FWD vehicle with snow-tires is advised.

This cabin was perfect! We had 9 in our party, 4 adults and 5 kids and it was plenty of room for us. The location is great to access other areas in Colorado. The house is beautiful, clean, and a quiet neighborhood. The house also has everything you need including frequently forgotten items! We really enjoyed our stay!

This is a lovely home and a wonderful property. Clean, well apportioned, and comfortable, located in a beautiful resort-oriented community with convenient access world class amenities, necessities, and delicious dinning opportunities. The home is very pet friendly but is also excellent for those without pets. The hosts are truly great and very attentive to the needs of their guests. The description offered on the website is accurate if not bit understated. All in all, this was a great experience, in a lovely home, with outstanding hosts. I offer my highest recommendations!

Everything exceeded our expectations. My family and I have been coming to Granby Ranch for over 30 years and have watched this little hidden gem grow into what it is today. We love the amenities available so close to the slopes but in a warm and cozy atmosphere that mimics a home. We will most certainly return for our future ski trips.
