My friends really enjoyed this location! Plenty of space to relax and enjoy the beach.

We loved the decks and the view. The house had all of the cooking devices and implements needed. The property manager was prompt with responding. Apparently, it is very easy to hear everything going on upstairs from the mezzanine bedroom, even talk at normal volume, so keep that in mind.

Fabulous! Upon arrival we were welcomed with a lovely greeting and bottle of wine, sunscreen and goodies very welcoming. Lots of ooooing and ahhhing over the perfect ocean themed decor, very well done quality and good taste! The views were very pleasing and spent a lot of time out on the decks enjoying the awesome hammocks, we were treated by the full blood moon on the ocean and great picture ops! The beach which was steps away was quiet and full of shells!! The kids were so excited! But, for the beach experience where you would like to set up " camp " the family drove down the beach ( with a purchased 10.00 pass for the year! ) only 3-4 miles !! Shopping very close by and no price gouging ! Dollar general offered everything beach, family dollar and grocery store close.Mattresses were so comfortable did not miss our own beds! Many sleeping options if needed between bunk beds, murphy bed and pull outs! Lovely linens. Kitchen was stocked above and beyond. Air fryer ( which we forgot) Ninja blender, crock pot, toaster TWO wonderful coffee pots for those of us who enjoy good coffee....lovely dinnerware/glassware options to choose from on our casual and one night of formal to accommodate all menus! With all of our family growing up in a Restaurant business we were not disappointed. Loved the ROBOVAC a must! This property had it all to accommodate the cleaning freak! Appreciated all the viewing options on TV and great sound bar and outdoor speakers on all level were a treat!!!! Puzzles, games for the family time. The ice machine was a plus! The hot tub was such a treat, with a great view was a plus!! Lots of thoughtful touches, extra soap pods as we rotated laundry a lot with children. A basket of beach towels was so appreciated could have left one bag home ;) A basket of lovely soft comfy throws for our movie nights. Beach chairs for your visit (another thing we could have left home.) Nice deck seating everywhere! picnic tables!! OH AND the LIFT was a must for luggage and groceries such a luxury! A fully gated grassy area so kids could be corralled safely if needed. Gates on stairs was a nice safety measure. If you are with children would recommend a baby gate at top! Host was very kind to inquire if we needed anything for safety for children very appreciated! We were very pleased and look forward to the next visit as this is considered our new beach home!
