Private individual rents in the Pierre & Vacances village of Cap Esterel a 25m² studio cabin on the 1st floor that can accommodate 4 people for the holidays. It comes with a secure parking space in the basement and a furnished terrace of 10m² with an unobstructed view of the Esterel massif.
The apartment consists of a sleeping area with window, single bunk beds and cupboards, a bathroom with toilet, a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a flat screen TV, a kitchen equipped for 4 people (microwave, 4 ceramic hobs, dishwasher, fridge, crockery, coffee maker, storage, table and chairs).
The apartment is located 10 minutes from the beach; free little train in season to take you there. Everything can be done on foot thanks to the shops present in the residence (bakery, mini-market, restaurants, bars, tobacconist, doctor, seasonal entertainment).
Cannes and Saint-Tropez are a 45-minute drive away.
Weekly rental in high season; flexible rental possible on request in low season (weekends, a few days, weekdays from Sunday to Sunday...).
The rental price includes the studio, parking and access to the swimming pools. Possibility to take the cleaning option at the end of the stay to be seen on site upon arrival. Possibility also of bed linen rental at an additional cost and on request in advance.

Appartement très bien, loggia à l'ombre et sans vis à vis. Nombreux placards pour les rangements. Proximité de tout ( mer, piscine, commerces...) Il manque juste un séchoir à linge et assez bruyant le début de la nuit et le matin.
