About this house rental
"Das Haus am Teich" is located in a district of the state-recognised climatic health resort of Krakow am See about 4 km north of Krakow Lake and is the perfect accommodation for several families or other groups. The large holiday home with 250 m² guest area also has its own ballroom with stage. The guest area includes 7 bedrooms with 6 mostly integrated bathrooms, a common room on the 2nd floor, a well-equipped large dining kitchen and thus offers space for 20 people. Extra beds are possible. The facilities also include free Wi-Fi, table football, many indoor and outdoor games and a table tennis table. The three terraces and a very large garden with a variety of leisure activities round off the offer: a large reed-lined pond invites you to linger. A wind-protected barbecue area with fire bowl is located directly at the pond. Various leisure and sports equipment can be borrowed for playing in the garden. Barbecue including gas and barbecue utensils as well as fire barrel including wood can also be rented separately. After 5.2 km (5 minutes by car) you will reach Krakow am See, where you will find all shops for daily needs as well as restaurants. There is also a selection of cycling and hiking trails around Krakow Lake, which are well worth a visit.
- The use of the hall is NOT included, but can be rented optionally per room and for an additional charge (hall kitchen, stage, hall, hall toilets, music system, lighting, heating, festive crockery, etc.).
- For bed linen there is an extra charge of 7 € per person and stay.
- For towels there is an extra charge of 3 € per person and stay

Das Haus hat alles, was wir als Freundegruppe brauchten, allerdings sind es eher 19 Schlafplätze. Die Zimmer sind nett eingerichtet und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Das Gelände ums Haus ist großzügig und im Sommer sicher sehr schön.
Kleine Kritikpunkte: Technik ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es funktionierten nicht alle Steckdosen und auch nicht alle Lampen.
Die Grillnutzung kostet extra, was aus der Anzeige nicht hervorging.

Pros: Sehr netter Gastgeber. Netter Kontakt und Sonderwünsche wurden erfüllt. Das Haus ist für Gruppen und große Familien perfekt geeignet. Schöne Aufteilung der Zimmer und gute Einrichtung. Küche mit allem ausgestattet, was gebraucht wird.
Cons: Küche im Dachgeschoss…wenn man die Terrasse nutzt, müssen Geschirr und Lebensmittel/Getränke immer von ganz oben nach ganz unten getragen werden. Bei uns war das jetzt kein Problem-wir waren genug Leute. Kann aber trotzdem nerven.
Die Betten bzw. Matratzen waren zum Teil schon sehr durchgelegen und müssten mal ausgetauscht werden. Die Extraleistungen (z.B. Grillnutzung 18€, Reisekinderbett 15€ oder Brennholz für die Feuerschale) sollten von vornherein mit ausgewiesen sein. Das erspart Nachfragen.
