About this villa rental
The villa Margareta in Calpe has 2 bedrooms and capacity for 4 people. A quiet and private villa with all services nearby, swimming pool and with beautiful views to the Natural Park of Peñon de Ifach.
Layout of the villa:
With 100 m2 of living space, to access the house you have to climb a flight of stairs of about 18 steps. The lower part of the villa is private and is enclosed and uninhabited.
The villa has a terrace with table and chairs for lunch or dinner with lovely views of the sea and the Peñon de Ifach, a living room with sofas, a spacious dining room, ceiling fan and air conditioning, an open-plan gas kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub, a bedroom with double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds side by side (which cannot be separated).
Outside the villa:
With a large plot and garden areas, the villa also has a covered parking space inside the plot, a 9/5 swimming pool with stairs to access inside, a dining area with stone table and benches, barbecue and several hammocks for sunbathing.
It is located 2 km from the sandy beach of Calpe", Calpe", 500 m from the supermarket "Supermercado Ortembach", 2 km from the town "Calpe", 12 km from the golf course "Club de Golf Ifach", 80 km from Alicante airport and is located in an ideal area for families and within an urbanization.
Other facilities:
It has garden, garden furniture, fenced plot, terrace, barbecue, gas fireplace, iron, free internet access (wifi), hairdryer, heating heat pump, air conditioning in the living room, private swimming pool, outdoor parking in the same building, 1 ceiling fan in the living room, Television, satellite tv.

La ubicacion, la casa estaba increiblemente limpia y tenia absolutamente de todo lo que tienes en tu casa no echas nada en falta.
Las cerillas, mejor un mechero para encerder la cocina, por decir algo.

We had a most enjoyable stay, would definitely visit again! The house was very clean and the garden space was the perfect place for a restful holiday. Near to amenities but you would definitely need a car. Also note, satellite tv is only German language channels. A management service look after this villa so you will need to go to their office to collect the keys or pay a fee to have them meet you there. We had a couple of minor issues when we stayed but the management company were very quick to respond. You won't find little extras in the house e.g. welcome pack etc but overall we were absolutely delighted with our stay and were sad to leave.
