The farmhouse has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fireplace. Kitchen and bathroom redone in April 2023.
Its cosy atmosphere will seduce you. A 400 m2 garden will allow you to enjoy the outdoors, a plancha is at your disposal to grill the fresh fish brought back from the auction! Authenticity, calm and charm will be the key words of your stay in South Finistère!
Concarneau and Pont-Aven are only 10 minutes from the house. The beaches are exposed facing the Glénan archipelago (Pointe de la Jument, Plage de la Baleine, Trévignon and its small port) at the entrance to the bay of Port la Forêt which is home to the offshore racing centre which has carried several Vendée Globe winners.

Nous avons passé un temps vraiment agréable. Grâce aux renseignements de Cathy on a fait des expériences exceptionnelles. La communication était très bien.
On se sentait bien. La maison est bon pour faire des excursions partout. Les commerces ne sont pas loins. Et des plages superbes non plus.

Calme, confortable, bien équipé, aménagé avec goût, petit jardin et terrasse permettant de vivre dehors par beau temps. Bien situé assez proche des plages et accès facile aux commerces de Trégunc. Bonne communication avec la propriétaire.
